Our Services Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours of the time service has been preformed so we may provide any adjustments for you.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. We respectfully require a minimum 24 hour cancellation notice. Cancellations less than 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee.
Product Exchange Policy
We strive to provide customized hair care to support your service. In the event you are not satisfied with a product it may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for another of equal of lesser value, or if value is higher the difference will be charged.
